Warranty Overview

We build our appliances to last, and our limited warranty reflects that confidence. This section explains what is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

Warranty Period

Major appliances include a limited warranty of up to two years from the date of delivery. Small appliances and accessories are covered for up to one year from the date of delivery. Proof of purchase may be required.

What the Period Covers

The warranty period begins on the delivery date recorded by the carrier and applies to the original purchaser only.

What's Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Mechanical or electrical failures under normal household use
  • Components that fail to perform as intended when used as directed

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches from regular use
  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage from power surges or improper voltage
  • Commercial or rental use unless separately arranged

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Before You Contact Us

  • Clean the appliance according to the care instructions
  • Locate your order number and the product serial label
  • Note the symptom and when it began

Starting a Claim

Visit our Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where helpful. Our team will review and advise whether a repair, replacement, or further step is appropriate.

Out-of-Warranty Repair Service

Even after the warranty period ends, we offer paid repair support for many products. Contact us for an assessment and a quote before any work begins.

Limitations of Liability

Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the appliance.
